This is a must have for lipedema patients and for delayed onset muscle soreness from working out!
I purchased the LifePro Waver after my lipedema diagnosis. Compression helps a bit, but the combination of the LifePro Waver + compression is a game changer. Iâve been using the Waver on the P0-P2 settings for lymphatic drainage twice a day for 15 minutes at a time along with my compression for about two months now and I started processing out fluid very quickly once I started working with the plate. Iâve lost an inch off my ankles, a little off my upper calves, a couple of inches each off my thighs, a couple of inches each off of my hips and waist, and a whopping 4 inches off my upper arms. Literally so much fluid has come out and my range of motion has increased drastically with the removal of all the fluid. I didnât realize how bad things were until all of the sudden they werenât. My legs feel so much lighter and they donât ache and hurt all the time, especially when climbing multiple flights of stairs. Iâm still going to need surgery, but this is so ridiculously effective and easy – plus it doesnât take a lot of time.I just stand on the plate instead of exercising, since I already work with a powerlifting trainer, and itâs also AMAZING at preventing delayed onset muscle soreness after my workouts – even in my upper body after bench press. Plus I avoid the miserable groaning and stiffness of the day after heavy squats when trying to sit down or stand up. If youâve done squats, you know what Iâm talking about. This thing is built strong and sturdy. It has multiple speeds and I think it may work well. After two 15 minute sessions my inner thighs burn a little. Very easy to use and easy on the back, feet and legs. Itâs well worth the money.

Update 11/8/2024: It’s been a little over 2 weeks. I have used it most days, whether for a 15-minute workout, just to vibrate my feet/knees for a bit, sitting on it to help lower back/hip pain, or all of the above. I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference in my horrible plantar fasciitis pain – which was the main reason I bought it honestly – and I feel like I’m getting great little workouts. I’m starting slow with the workout bit bc I’m a little rusty other than alot of walking/standing.I’ve had it about a week, so I can’t give feedback on weight loss, but I noticed after doing a little bit (less than 15 minutes) of squatting on it that my legs were sore the next day like they would be if I had a decent workout. After standing on it for 15 minutes, you can feel your body temp and heart rate go up a bit and it also feels soothing for achy areas.My only complaint is that the cord plugs into the front and loops outword. You need to figure out a way to keep it out of the way. I’ve already tripped over it and fell after stepping off.

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro.1. I loved the lifetime warranty.2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support.3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported.4. PriceI have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I’m not making any medical claims, I’m sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I’ve had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites…Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement!The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I’m feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3.Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine.I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

I absolutely love this product! Great for toning legs and thighs! I’ve even shaked a few pounds off the tummy. I am very happy I purchased this. I’ve already obtained positive results and I look fwd to the results of a few more months of use. I’ve also noticed it helps with my digestion! Really really pleased with it!I had used them years ago in a beauty salon so I knew how they worked.Ordered this after a lot of weight loss and wanting to tone up as I have a desk job for 13 hours a day!Arrived next dayEasy to set up ( came with English and European plug options)An instruction bookArm piecesVarious resistance bandsRemote controlAnd a cute little bag to keep them all in!I ordered the black one (the blue was my preference but black was cheaper )Itâs sooooo simple to useOnly about 6 pages to read( the rest of the book was for different languages)They have made it easy and un complicated I was happy to read the few pagesOne website to click on and fill in details and life time warranty was set up easy again!And one page shows you how to set it goingFor what I want It to do I will choose a different program every day like it suggested to mix it up and let it work in different parts of my body one program 15mins so I can stand on it while tv program is on!My teenager how ever was using the resistance bands squatting lunging all sorts going on and so it will be a lot more technical if you want it to be and a section on all different exercises!But for me I stood on it for 15mins selected program 4 and away I went and could feel everything shaking about ha ha but once you get off you feel like you have been working out as all the muscles felt tighter as though I had exercised them.Simple instructions again the closer your feet the easier it felt ⦠feet further apart you felt it more!Itâs quiet heavy so I plan on leaving it next to the sofa for easy use and yes like others have said the cable to the plug socket isnât over longItâs feels like a quality bit of kit itâs well made and they really have made it simple to use but I felt it really has a lot of power!Joking aside the teenager reported you really needed to be wearing tight underwear as if not he reported itâs quiet uncomfortable!
