Great photo frame
Loved to be able to purchase a digital picture frame that supports flash drives and camera cards to view pictures on the frame, instead of one with no port and relies on internet access and photos that are on your phone. Big screen, clear images!! Well pleased, I ordered a second one while still available to support flash drives.

Wasnt wifi
I am not sure if it was the one recieved but it was not wifi and we had to send it back. we had bought it as a gift and opened it as we were going to set it up and there was no wifi option super disappointed and we never bought another one..

I initially have a 1 star review because the frame I received did not have the wifi option, and I could not find a way to contact the seller. Well, the seller immediately reached out to me and resolved the situation expeditiously. I’m so happy with my new frame, which works perfectly. It’s very nice with excellent resolution, easy instructions, and a great price.

Doesnât work with videos
This thing is so crappy, it wonât work with any video format. This was for a gift where I wanted to put a video on before a friend moved away, and the only way I could get it on was to make the video into a GIF. It was so pixelated and moved so slowly, it was embarrassing.
