    This really works! Customer service was amazing!
    I did not think this could possibly work but it does! The photo shows a 1 month difference and I did not use consistently! I got it for the double chin but it helps so much more! Highly recommend!Editing my review because the vibration on my device stopped working right after I made the review. I emailed the customer service people and they offered a replacement or refund without question. I opted for the refund and it arrived literally the next day!Get off the fence and buy it! This is your sign 😊

    This device is a great addition to your home spa. So many beauty spas and celebrities promote the LED light therapy, so I decided to try it. It is super easy to use and charge it. To see results I use it daily with my serums. I also use on my lips too.

    Good for a month!
    I guess it’s true that ‘you get what you pay for’ because a month after I bought this the massage function stopped working. I still it for the light functions though and it was great up to that.

    Nope…with an update.
    UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after seeing my review and offered me a full refund along with an explanation, which I really appreciated. The tingling and prickly sensation I experienced is due to the “micro-current” emitting from the machine, which is normal. That being said, it’s a sensation that I find uncomfortable, therefore, my reason for still not wanting to use it. I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars since the machine operates as intended, but it’s just not for me.*************************************************************When I used the red light setting, I felt a prickly, stinging and shocking sensation so it’s not something I want to use on my face. My daughter got one as well and experienced the same thing. Neither one of us liked it. I guess I’d use it on the other settings, but I’m really not sure if it will be helpful and I don’t want to take a chance since this contraption might be shorting out. I would not recommend.

    Love all the modes
    I had one of these that only had 3 colors and saw this one with 7 modes at a good price. So far so good and they have a warranty which is awesome! I love the white light because it’s warm on my face. I’d highly recommend!
