Easy to install, works very well
I recently purchased three of these keyless entry door locks for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The installation process was incredibly straightforward, and I had all the locks set up and programmed in under an hour. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it a breeze even if you happen to be not particularly handy. Programming the locks and adding my familyâs fingerprints was quick and intuitive.I did run into an issue with one of the locks, which had a minor defect. However, the return and replacement process through Amazon was seamless. I was able to get a new one shipped out in no time, and the customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.These locks have added a level of convenience I didnât realize I was missing. Bought 4 of the same product. First 2 that I bought were mismatched. Even though they were ordered from the same seller and it was the same item one was a different style and used a different app than the other. Since I liked the both the products I figured Iâd order 2 more for some other doors since we recently had a break in and see what app is the actual one to replace the wrong one that I ordered first. Once I got all 4 that are the same app installed in my house I began to have issues with the ones I use more often until the point they stopped working right after the 30day return period ended. At first they wouldnât stop beeping so I replaced the batteries then they still wouldnât so I took them off and reinstalled everything per troubleshooting and still didnât work until the point that I just have it with the battery disconnected because it wonât stop beeping . Honestly was happy with them the first 30days. They became a waste of money and worse part is I canât get a refund or store credit since itâs pass the 30days. They lack quality and durability because even the keypad took a bit to function properly every time we tried to use a pin on it. Save yourself the money and actually buy a better brand or a more known Brand than this.

We purchased 2 of these locks for our building and plan to buy 2 more for the new building. They work well and with the auto lock feature I don’t have to keep reminding my team to lock up! I would recommend these locks as a cost effective approach to security.
