Good workout accessory
This works the muscles it says it does. Grip is very good. I only ding it a star because it is very difficult to remove the handle grips to change exercise. You pretty much have to put your body weight on the board then pull the handles out.

I road trip for a living so this gets thrown in and out of it van on the ground of a parking lot multiple times day and itâs been fine, I do about 150 push-ups a day just because this is staring me in my face. I like this product. I think itâs a great value for the price.

Convenient, many exercises, stores well
Convenient to use & store! Husband loves this & I love that it doesn’t take up much space. He is able to do a TON of different exercises which keeps things both fun & challenging for him. Probably not the most durable but time will tell. Overall, it’s really useful so far & we’re getting our money’s worth!

Great board. Not too pricey. But it should last forever as long as you donât break it and or are too heavy haha. Spices up good work outs with different styles. The handles provide good grip and then board splints in half for easy storage.

My wrist are messed up from high impact exercise in the army. With this push up board. I can keep my wrist straight and don’t feel the pain. I enjoy push ups again!!

I choose it as my friend birthday gift. He loves it and uses it everyday. It is easy to fold and simple to package. Light weight can bring to anywhere, although it is not cheap quality, feels very strong can hold up large weight humans.
