Customers say
Customers like the design of the wearable computer. They mention it looks nice and is more like a dress watch. Some are satisfied with the sleep tracking. However, some customers have reported issues with the band stability, value for money, and durability. They mention the wristband detaches all the time, is not very sturdy, and is not worth the money. Customers also dislike connectivity. Opinions differ on functionality and size.

Good fit
Iâve been reluctant to get into the Smart watch trend, but wanted a more reliable way to track my steps and calories burned while on my current weight management journey. I like the sleek design and small screen that doesnât take over my arm. I really enjoy the relaxation ap and the exercise shortcuts to utilize and keep track of my routine. Great purchase if youâre considering a fitness tracker.

Nice looking and practicle
This is my 2nd one of this style (original lasted over 2 years). I like that it can get wet and it is small on my wrist. The bracelet band does come loose now and then. The rubber bands never do. I wear it 24/7 except for charging, and get about 14,000 steps per day.

Beautiful butâ¦not worth the price -PS: POS
The watch is beautiful, but it keeps falling off. It comes apart, without warning, where the band attaches to the watch face. Yesterday I lost it shopping. Fortunately, after an anxious search, I recovered it. Now Iâm afraid to wear it. A lot of good itâs doing me. Iâve only been able to wear my watch for less than two weeks. I canât return it. It was a birthday present and my husband purchased it a week before my birthday. It wouldnât set up with my iPhone 6 so I had to get a new phone. So Iâm out of time. Also the information that comes with the watch is next to none. I like to at least be able to start using my devices when I get them. It doesnât even tell you what operating system the watch requires for set up and sync. I had to go to YouTube and try to figure out how to get it working.IâM SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!Iâm going to reach out to the company. I hope they stand by their products and above all, address the issue for future buyers.Update: 11/2022 – 9 months later. this device is a waste. Itâs inaccurate, unresponsive, hard to use, doesnât retain a charge, doesnât adhere very well to the charger & Iâve had to use the silicone band instead of the $100 stainless steel one. The band is starting to tear too. I have to be careful that the silicone band doesnât release from the watch face also. I tried to contact the company but found that to be impossible. I wonât be buying any more Fitbit products and I will use this until I can afford to buy another brand. What a waste of money and a huge disappointment.PS: it doesnât charge or sync a lot of the time. And syncing takes forever. I think I mentioned before that it goes dead without warning. Doesnât hold a charge very well. Iâm so disappointed.

Hooking with the band somewhat difficult.

Save your money and buy the regular luxe
I bought this back in October 2021 after saving up for months. I had wanted a tracker with the stress monitoring, but the Fitbit Sense was way too big for my taste.PROS: It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting, with the features I like (stress & heart monitoring, sleep score, step tracking, waterproof, albeit to a certain degree). The gold trim with the gorjana band was beautiful and made me feel fancy. I wanted a tracker that didn’t look like a basic fitness watch. The steps can be off a bit if you move your arms a lot, but not so much that its a significant problem. Just a weird quirk I noticed while moving around at my desk job.CONS: The Sleep Score, O2 monitor, and other features are very basic information. I didn’t realize how much more detailed they could be, until I started my premium membership trial. Which is a bummer, because that extra data is actually pretty insightful. But the main problem is the gorjana band. The beautiful gold band, which was a main selling point for me, does not stay attached to the pebble/main watch. At first I thought I had it too tight, so I adjusted the links on it (which was a bit tricky to figure out, until I saw a video). But it still kept happening. Like, within 3 minutes of squeezing the clips and walking around. After 2 weeks of constantly checking to see if the band was loose, I surrendered to the silicone band, which cause some skin issues for a while. I recently decided to retry the gold band again (4 whole months later) and this time the band came off completely! I switched back to the silicone band in 1 day after too many close calls.Upon doing some research, it became apparent that this is a common/known issue and there is no fix for it. It’s a damn shame, because all of the non-silicone bands have issues for the large amount of money we pay for them. The watch itself is great, but the “Special Edition” is hardly worth the extra money for a band that doesn’t stay on. Unless you want to count that money towards paying for the “free 6 month premium trial”.Its better to get just the wtch and skip on the bands. I had hoped that after a year, Fitbit would have fixed this issue, but I haven’t seen anything yet.Oh, and buy a screen protector. I regret not doing that. The screen on my watch got a deep scratch from something random and I can see a few minor dings on it from my hand hitting walls and doors when I walk around.

Fitbit is great but the gold band is faulty
Donât spend the extra hundred dollars on this particular Fitbit because it comes with the fancy gold band. The fancy gold band does not fit or stay connected to the Fitbit and you will lose it. Iâve seen reviews all over the Internet of people having the same problem of the band, not fitting the Fitbit. So the extra hundred dollars you pay for this is an absolute waste of money. Do not buy this for the gold band.

Love the Luxe
This is a replacement Luxe and the only one now available. I took advantage of the Prime Day special and got this for $99. I agree the ‘fancy’ bracelet is not worth $100 more. With that said, I did attach to my old dying one, after removing 3 links. It was a bit awkward to put on compared to the mesh magnetic bracelet I took off and I need to get used to a fold-over clasp instead of the magnet. Wore all night and all day and no issues with it falling off. It is attractive. My 3-year-old Luxe is dying. I was going to wait until it did and saw the Prime Day special and couldn’t pass it up. Else I would have switched to an Inspire 3 or Charge 6.

Great tracker
This is a replacement for my original Luxe that has been used hard and was not keeping a charge very well. It is a good product and good looking at the same time. I will keep replacing for as long as they are available

Absolutely perfect, battery has lasted me now 5 days and itâs still at 28%. Regular strap fit me fine, even though my wrist is a bit wide. Was a little unsure of the Gorjana strap before purchase, but works fine. Wore it for two days straight, including bedtime and it never came off. App is amazing!
