My kitchen faucet started leaking, it was the pull-down hose that runs down under the sink and has a weight to keep it in place. This was the third one of these faucets in the last 20 years to go bad, we are a household of 2 adults, and because of this we decided to find a pull-down that doesn’t have the long hose with a weight on it, I started looking and I found the HGN Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, this is what I was looking for, and the price was great (about 1/5 of what we paid for the last one), the reviews were mostly favorable, so I ordered it. Today was the installation day for this faucet and it took longer to remove the old faucet than to install the new one. I love how easy it is to choose the level of spray and that I can set it to stream or spray and it stays without having to hold the button down. The finish is really nice. Installation instructions were clear, and it was packaged securely. I’m not quite sure how to register it for the warranty, the box says “Lifetime Warranty”, but I’ll be sure to save my order information. So far I love everything about this faucet.

Functionality and durability
It looks nice and works very well. At first, the hot water was not flowing well. It turned out that the shutoff valve was clogged with rust. After being fixed, the faucet works well as it should. It was easy to install and it’s nicely at the counter.

Easy Install, Sprayer not working after 2 Months; UPDATE! SELLAR REPLACED
Update 11/12/24: the seller reached out and replaced the defective product free of cost. So far, there have been no issues with the new faucet. I appreciate the sellar replacing the product and making it a simple process for me.I purchased and installed this faucet in August 2024. I was specifically looking for one with a sprayer function to be able to clean out the sink. It worked great for about two months, but now the sprayer option isn’t working! The single stream flow option still works, and remains unchanged when the button is toggled. I suppose it is still functional, since the stream option works, but I’m disappointed to loose the ability to spray the sink out. Especially since that was the main reason I purchased this.

Short lifespan
It seemed decent quality when I installed it in July of 23 and it definitely looked nice. Here it is May 24 and I’m looking for it’s replacement because it’s leaking and the handle is falling apart. It was good for a while but not so good overall.Update: the seller reached out to me after my initial poor review and offered a full refund. There were no conditions attached to the refund (like updating this review). It was just good will. That really is excellent customer service and a seller who cares about their product and their customers. Try as I might I’m human and not everything I do is perfect. They’re human too. My initial review still stands and the faucet I received didn’t last very long but it was manufactured and sold by people who try and care. That means the world to me. I absolutely did initially like the faucet and the price was excellent. Confidence restored and I’m buying another.

Depuis qu’ils ont légèrement changé le modèle le bras n’a plus de vis d’ajustement de a tendance à sortir du socle si on tire le moindrement vers soi.
