Tool Time-All of these T.V Series are an A+
We watched these shows when they were on television and on reruns for years. Tim Allen is a very talented comedian and he leads his family (cast) and confidants on many hilarious adventures. This accident-prone handyman has a great way of bringing very familiar scenarios that most American families can relate to. All of the discs were in great shape and the item arrived on time. I would recommend any of these products and have other items in our library, as well.I am reviewing this product to assist other consumers in making informed choices in what they buy. See my review of Season 1, it hasn’t changed
This is Season two of the best Stand-up based TV show available. See my Season One comments to see why…Basically, Tim Allen loved to poke fun of himself rather than other people, and that makes for the best type of comedy in my opinion…You’ll laugh, grunt, laugh some more, then watch another show and it starts all over again…Also, he starts building a car, a hot rod, in the first season, but unlike many shows where they would show that start, and by the end of the season they would have a finished product… He takes several years to finish it… They show him working on it, stage by stage, season by season until it is finally finished… this gives people an understanding that TV seldom portrays… that is… how long it really takes to do these kinds of projects… it isn’t done in 22 minutes, or even 1 season… re-building a car like this take years, any car lover will appreciate the way they show this…Any woman will gain an understand of men, because although Tim pokes fun at himself and men in general, the fact is most of it is based on truth, about men (in general) think and feel. I wish there was a woman comedian who could help me understand my wife better…. Wishful thinking…

More Power ! More Fun ! More Entertainment ! RRRRRRR !
As a huge fan of the program since it began in 1991, this is the ultimate in entertainment and fun. Without going into detail about each episode as others have done so well, it’s the “how to and how not to” of lessons in being a family, as so many episodes mimic real life family situations. From the wisdom and counsel of Wilson Wilson Jr. given Tim from across the fence, to the everyday problems encountered by most families and couples in a relationship, to Tim’s inclination, with all good intentions, to royally mess things up, to Tim and Al hijinks, to the often hilarious outtakes at the end of each show, this a fun way to spend time in front of the tube. My hope is all eight seasons will be available soon, as I plan to spend a part of my retirement with these most enjoyable offerings. Here’s hoping those of you who buy these enjoy them as much as I do. Oh, do I ever tire of watching these over and over? I don’t think so Tim. MORE POWER !!!

    A Great Surprise
I have always enjoyed the sitcoms of the 60’s and 70’s, however, during the 80’s,90’s, and 00’s I viewed only movies on DVD, cable, or Direct TV. I considered current TV to be mostly inappropriate programming (still do for the most part). After discovering TV shows on DVD, I purchased everything I loved from the “olden’ days”. Friends (incredulous at my 3 decade viewing habit) suggested “Every Loves Raymond”. Surprise! Surprise! A great program. Since then I have found many great shows that most people have loved and loved. Remember, at this point I had NEVER EVEN SEEN 1 EPISODE OF “CHEERS” OR “COSBY”. “Home Improvement” is my lastest find, after viewing only the 1st & 2nd Seasons I’m hooked. This is a wonderful show! Very funny with no concerns whether my grand kids view it. It’s great when one is in their 60’s and new surprises still continue. Many readers of this review may think I’m “pulling their leg”, but trust me, this mini-diatribe is ALL TRUE!

Really awesome video. You could never go wrong with Tim Taylor.
What can you say. Obviously nothing bad about this really great TV program. It’s too bad that it came to an end. This is my most favorite TV show ever. I can never get enough of tool time.

    Love this series. Funny!
We love this family series. It is simple, funny humor. We love the family and the way they work things out. It’s not full of drama which is awesome. We are collecting the series one season at a time.
