Great for our kitchen
We wanted some light in the kitchen without constantly leaving a light on. These are super sensitive to the motion, so they work really well. They pick up movement from everyone from my husband to our dog. So far the charge has lasted a few weeks at a time and they charge up super quick. I like the ability to change the color since I prefer a warmer color throughout the house.

The lights work…too well
Let me tell you, these Hyrion Under Cabinet Lights are awesomeâmaybe a little *too* awesome. I didnât realize just how much I *wasnât* seeing in my kitchen until these things lit it up like the Fourth of July. Now, every midnight snack run turns into a full-blown cleaning session. They snap on with the motion sensor the second I step foot into the kitchen, and bamâsuddenly, Iâm face-to-face with every crumb, smudge, and forgotten spill Iâd been blissfully ignoring in the dark. Thanks, Hyrion, for turning my late-night snack into a kitchen intervention.They work great, and maybe a little too great. Theyâre rechargeable, which is a nice touch, so no hunting down batteries, and they magnetically stick under my cabinets for easy installation. But when Iâve had enough of seeing the mess, I can just yank them off the metal platesâeasy peasy.The only downside? The battery life could be better. But to be fair, thatâs probably because theyâre working triple time in my house, snapping on every time I walk past the fridge contemplating life (and snacks). So yeah, they drain faster, but hey, Iâm giving them a workout!Bottom line? These lights do their job a little *too* well, turning my kitchen into a well-lit stage for every crumb I didnât want to see at 2 a.m. But the ease of use and the fact I can just pull them down when Iâm over it? That makes up for the extra housekeeping duties theyâve added to my midnight snack routine.

Great little motion sensor light for closets, cabinets or even attached on wall as night light
I requested and received âfor freeâ this SET OF FOUR HYRION UNDER CABINET LIGHTS to test and give my honest opinion. This is the third set of different brands of under cabinet/closet motion lights I have requested and received. Honestly, all three brands do a GREAT JOB and all of them have scored a 5 star review. These are a little longer (11.8 inches long) and a little brighter so these are the ones I would get again if I needed to. Having so many now I have been looking for other uses for them. I think everyone should try them in all their closets and also as night lights attached close to the floor. These are PERFECT as night lights. I just replaced a large round motion sensor light fixture I had at the inside entrance coming in from my garage because I didn’t need something so bright. When I open the interior door from the garage I turn off the garage door opener light to a dark family room before reaching the room light switch. By installing this rechargeable motion sensor light, I could easily walk the five footsteps to the light switch without tripping over anything placed near the door while I was out. After using the large motion sensor light I realized that one would be of better in a larger area where more light was needed. These smaller, less bright are perfect for this small, short area of darkness needing to be lit for a few seconds just to reach a light switch. 5 STAR recommendation and just checking the current seller page, these are price reduced AND have a coupon available.Ordering as a Vine member does not mean Iâm getting “free products”. Between my time for testing the product, doing an honest review and the INCOME TAX I am liable for because I am “receiving items of value in lieu of wages” based on the LIST PRICE with no coupons allowed to be used, there is a real cost to these items “paid for” by me. Since most of the items offered to VINE Member are Brand New, never on the market before MANY TIMES the price drops or coupons become available to every Amazon buyer a week or so after VINE Members orders them at FULL LIST PRICE. This really affects any saving VINE Members may end up with… So far I have been having a great time “doing my VINE job”, and I hope to continue doing it for quite some time….

Pleasantly surprised
I wasnât sure what I was going to use these fonts for when I ordered them, but then my husband asked me to order lights for his bar. He was looking for lights to put on the inside of our bar that has a glass front so he could light up the alcohol & glasses. I honestly forgot I had these til he mentioned ordering lights. I wasnât sure what to expect given they have to be charged via a USB cord. I couldnât figure out if you had to take them down to charge them or what. Probably would have helped to open the box when I first got them to find out. But the adhesive used to stick them where you want them is only on one side. The other side is magnetic so it just sticks to the back of the light. This was you can just pop the lights off the adhesive holder to charge. Ingenious! I do have to say I was surprised at how bright they are. They actually light up the bar pretty well. They did come charged but I doubt itâs a full charge since Iâve had them for almost 3 months before opening the box. So they may be even brighter once they get a full charge. The auto switch was interesting, I didnât know exactly what it was and thought it worked via motion detection. But once I read the directions it says they go on automatically when itâs dark. So we wonât leave them on auto since the bar is in our basement, which is always dark, so they will never shut off. Overall I am very impressed with these lights and may order another set to replace ones I have under my kitchen cabinets that use 6 AA batteries each.
