Better than expected
This feels really good. The combination of subtle heat, compression, and the rolling balls make for a good foot massage. I was having Achilles pain and even though this does not reach high enough to massage the Achilles directly, I still felt relief on it.

Feels Great, Power Button Broke the First Day
The headline says it all. It feels really great overall, not that I have much experience with foot massagers. However, the power button broke within just a few hours, depressing into the machine. I immediately issued for an exchange and have had no issues on that front. Meanwhile, it still works well enough and have greatly enjoyed it. It really doesn’t do anything for the ankles and you might have to work to get your feet into the right position a little, but I’m happy overall. Then again, it’s my first foot massager, so I might just have low standards!

Pretty darn good
I have neuropathy in my feet, and by the end of the workday I’m in a lot of discomfort. This thing is great. I can stick it right under my home office desk and let it get to work. On the highest setting I found it sorta painful at first, but I honestly think that is down to my feet not being manipulated in quite a while. Towards the end of the 15-minute timer, my feet feel very relaxed. I would recommend this to others who suffer from similar pain.I’m a size 10.5 M, and it fits me well with very little wiggle room.

I’m on my feet all day and this has helped with my feet not feeling so sore. I love that the air compression is adjustable. Highly recommend although I was able to get mine on a lightening deal which makes even better.

Painful! Too intense for me and I love a very firm, strong physical massage on my feet.
I wear a Women’s size 9-10 shoe and my husband wears a Men’s 8.5-9 shoe and we both felt that the fit was tight. I do not think that this is suited for anyone who wears a larger size. I have difficult feet with some nerve pain issues and, for me, the rollers are just too intense even with no air. I ended up with bruises on the bottom of my feet–especially the outside edge of the bottom of my feet. My husband who has zero foot issues absolutely loved it the first few times and then he started developing red pressure spots on the top of his feet. He uses it on low air and only one cycle/day. I love the concept, but I just wish that the rollers were made of a slightly softer material or there was more padding between the rollers and the foot. I put my hands inside to feel and, IMO, the outside edge rollers are too large and yet I didn’t feel much of anything near the arch which seems like would be an area for a larger roller due to most people’s arch. I am going to try another–hoping it works better.

Love this foot massager for many reasons . The compression and massage helps with my pain and swelling from a long day at work where I walk 5 + miles a shift 40 hours a week . I’m in 50s so I feel it. My daughter works like I do and it helps her as well. The cloth lining is removable and washable. The foot massager itself is light but durable. I’d rate it higher if I could !!

Awesome Massage for the price
I purchased this for my daughter who works a demanding job at the airport and is on her feet pretty much 8 hours a day working with heavy equipment. She’s been dealing with a lot of foot pain and this little machine has been a godsend. Here the good stuff: It does everything as described, just better. It massages the entire foot and even around the heels, where most of her pain is. I tried it out myself and I could not believe how many complex movements this thing can do. It really feels so good. The heating part also works great. It is very quiet and easy to use. It even had suction cups at the bottom that keep it in place on hardwood floors for maximum effect. Another cool feature is that the lining can be removed for washing. Really overall so good, I’m thinking about buying one for myself. The only downside is sizing. I would have loved to give one of these to my husband. He can get is feet in it (he has size 14 shoes) but it’s snug. So, no doubt this will work perfectly for most everyone, but if you have larger feet, this may not work as well. Otherwise, this would have gotten 5 stars. We will have to see on the longevity of it but so far, no issues. We purchased the extended warranty with it, just to be on the safe side.

If you work on your feet all day this unit is very relaxing. It did not work for my arthritis however the customer service that Nekteck provided was outstanding. I will defiantly purchase other of their devices.
