So far so good!
Iâve only had this mask for about 2 weeks and Iâve used it pretty consistently at night (for the most part). I use the steady blue, red and green lights (in that order) on energy level 5 for 20 minutes each. Iâve seen a subtle decrease in the amount of active pimples Iâve gotten since using this, but Iâve noticed a big difference in how fast they heal. I had a cystic pimple that was coming up on my cheek and after using the BRG lights the night before it was gone the next morning. Now, I canât say itâs done that with all of my pimples, but the huge decrease in healing time is a game changer for me. Iâve noticed after I use the green light my face is a lot less oily too. It doesnât dry my skin out or cause redness, it actually makes my complexion more even right after using it. Unlike other reviewers, I have no problem with the weight of the mask. The eye pieces are a little annoying because they leave an indention in my skin afterwards, but not anything 30 minutes of doing nothing can fix lol. I hoping with consistent use, Iâll stop breaking out and my hyperpigmentation will fade.The instructions could be a little more detailed and it would be really informative if they could provide detailed information on how the different light settings help our skin and what the different light modes are for. I googled for hours on the benefits of light therapy and what each light does. Oh and if youâre wondering, I havenât found a definitive answer on the difference between the flash and steady modes yet. One place said the flash mode was for sensitive skin and the other said it was for faster results, so who knowsâ¦. Iâll post updates in a month or so.

Amazing results after 30 days!! Worth the money!
Iâm so happy I finally decided to treat myself to one of these for My birthday… after reading the reviews I decided on this model because it was the best value for features, iâve been using it for over a month and I have seen a significant change in my 40-year-old aging face.. It is very easy to figure out and I have found every light setting useful!!It really works!! It is large and awkward feeling, but I have found it to be most comfortable, using while laying down.I use the Purple light On stressful days it really helps to relax me..My teenage daughter has used it to treat minor acne, she saw a difference within 72 hours, with blemishes, The green light has also helped to reduce some of the scarring that she has caused to her face by picking and popping her pimples (this took about 2 weeks)..My 2 favorites are the white & yellow Lighting, I have found these to be the best at lessening the dark spots that have formed over the past five years.And just recently, I have heard that red lighting is the optimum for age reversal.. I am ecstatic!!! I have seen such a significant change already , I will now start to use the red lighting more often.. and update my review to reflect my new results..totally worth the price! I highly recommend this!It also came beautifully package so would make a terrific gift!

UPDATED 11/2/23After my original review, I looked for a different device and was duped into getting something that was terrible. I won’t go into those issues with that one since it’s not relevant to this mask except to say it did make me re-evaluate this mask from a different perspective. Because of this I have increased my review by another star.While it does have the weight issue that presses down on my nose leaving indentations, I did eventually get used to it and not get the headaches anymore. It took several more times of wearing and figuring out how/where to wear it.Good qualities:1. 7 different light colors2. Adjustable timer from 1 minute up to 20 minutes (High value to me, the alternate didn’t have this)3. Adjustable intensity from 1 – 5 levels (High value, the alternate didn’t have this)4. Strap that goes over and around to give better support than the ones that just have it in the back (High marks, the alternate didn’t have this)5. Eye Gaskets to protect your eyes from the LED (SUPER High value, the alternate didn’t have this)Not so good:1. A bit heavy (the alternate was only slightly lighter)2. Must be tethered to a location near an outlet (the alternate was wire free)3. Cord isn’t that long and the control box is in the middle of the cord making it awkward to set it down without the weight constantly knocking it off or flipping it around.4. The eye gaskets dig into your tender nose/eye area (but still better than the alternate which had NO eye protection and was blinding!!! Dangerous)UPDATE June 2023: I do want to note that CUSTOMER SERVICE is top notch! They reached out to me, which was kind of them, but I had already discarded the box and papers to the recycles. I should have waited, but the recycles went the same day and I try to keep my small space clear. I think customer service of that quality is rare today and increased my original rating because of it.UPDATE June 2023: did try a third time. Had to hold it because the weight is just way too much. Still dug into my eyes, but not as much. I’ll have to see if I can figure out the trick to making it not leave marks.ORIGINAL May 2023So far I have used this twice and both times it’s given me a slight headache from the weight. I’m not sure I’m going to be very dedicated to it because it’s uncomfortable to use. Maybe because I’m a smaller person??First, I tried this with the strap attached and used it while trying to move about my business. It was heavy and somewhat uncomfortable, but I was able to tolerated it for the 10 minute prep test. Probably because I was distracted with the things I was doing at the time.The next time I used it without the strap as suggested (if too big for the face) and used it in a reclined position where it was VERY uncomfortable on the eyes. The eye shield gaskets (to protect your eyes from the light) dig into the tender eye-socket area above, but especially below the eyes. This is a heavy item with all plastic and the eye piece protrudes more than the other areas.I’m not looking forward to a 3rd time. Since I only have used it for the prep and then one other time, I can’t say I see any improvement, but I the discomfort makes me leery of another go at it.
