It added sturdiness to our treadmill that was on carpet. It has great grip, it doesnât smell like gym equipment which I love and there is a variety of sizes depending on your need. I recommend this item for sure!

Good pad
It’s a good pad, not the toughest stuff. I sit a smaller treadmill on it and the pad has gotten a few tears from the weight of the treadmill.

much thinner than anticipated
I’m a bit disappointed in the mat. Granted I’ve never shopped for fitness mats for workout equipment so maybe my expectations are not normal for these products, but I bought a treadmill that I can fold up and roll around onto the mat. I ordered this mat to protect the carpet under my desk so I can walk during my work from home job, so the treadmill and mat needs to be moved at least twice a day (once to get on the treadmill and once to put it away). The mat is so thin that it bunches up under the treadmill, and I can see how deeply the bottom of the treadmill has imprinted the mat, and I do worry that it’s too thin to have the treadmill moving on and off of it all of the time. No it hasn’t broke yet, but I can definitely see how it’ll be an issue in the future. Again, maybe I just looked for the wrong product, but it might be good to know if you’re someone who is using it for a similar machine.

This Sunny mat is super thin and light. It doesn’t stick to the floor and will need occasional adjusting after the bike is used. I’m using it with the Marcy fold up exercise bike. It’s a bit long on each end for the bike. But it’s fine. Together, we’re both under 200 pounds. So, the mat has no problems supporting both of us and shows no signs of tearing. 200 pounds+, I can’t say if this mat would be strong enough or not.The dust doesn’t stick to the mat like it would with rubber. It’s easy enough to mop up.The texture hasn’t been interesting to my cat. I don’t think she noticed it’s a mat and not an extra layer of flooring, thank goodness! As soon as she discovers, this mat is going to be shredded. Here’s hoping it stays this way!It’s a bit pricy for being just a basic mat. But if the quality stands up for a few years, it’ll be worth the price. Here’s hoping it doesn’t dry out after a few months and crack. Sunny is a reputable brand, so it should be fine. Right now, I’m super happy with this purchase.
